Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days—we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

USPS rates shown at checkout are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected service, and include a $15.00 handling fee. Delivery estimates do not include the order processing time noted above.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free Economy shipping on all U.S. orders of $150.00 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal meets the threshold.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cloister Collection is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly. For items that arrive damaged, contact us at [support email] with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
