Refund & Shipping Policies

Returns:

We accept returns for 7 days from the date of purchase. For in-store transactions, this is determined by the date printed on your receipt. Online orders can be returned 7 days from the date of delivery. ( Please note: The return must be postmarked within the 7 day period, it is not expected to be delivered back to the store within those 7 days). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the originial packaging and be unused condition.

Non Returnable items include:

  • Any sale or markdown items 
  • Jewlery
  • Lingerie 
  • Foundation garments of any kind
  • Bathing suits
  • Gift Cards

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your return. At this point your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take up to 5-7 business days and depends on your banking institution and/or credit card company. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If it has been longer than 7 business days and you still do not have a credit posted to your account, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@cloistercollection.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at customerservice@cloistercollection.com, we will provide additional instructions from there.

Return shipping cost are at the expense of the buyer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
